Factoring Services | Advance and Rebate:

Lets say you have an invoice for services and products already delivered, in the amount of $10,000.00. It
has been 10 days since you billed the client and now you having a cash flow problem. It could be payroll,
ordering product, tax issues, or any other financial dilemma that could occur while growing your business.

You decide to factor and submit the invoice to a Amerinote Exchange for review. A decision is made off of the
credit worthiness of the business making the payment on the invoice, not your company. Once all of the
paperwork is in order, we fund you 80% of the invoice today (usually the same day as you submit, up to 24
hours later), which comes to: $8,000.00. This is the advance. After 30-45 days when the subject company
pays out the $10,000.00 originally billed, we then send you the rebate of $2,000.00  less our fee (typically
2% - 4%). This means that after our (example) 2% fee is paid,  you will receive a $1,800.00. That is a total
of $9,800.00. It is that simple with absolutely no hassles.
