Amerinote | Xchanges' in-house funding requirements do not allow the purchase of private (seller carry-back) mortgage
notes over an 80% Loan-To-Value (20% hard equity). In addition all loans must be in the 1st position with a borrower credit rating of
680 middle score or higher. AX does not purchase stand-alone small business notes, or ANY type of 2nd position notes -
whatsoever. Please be prepared to disclose as much information as possible on the subject loan for sale. This will allow for an
accurate and competitive bid to be submitted to you as quickly as possible. As in all secondary market transactions, due diligence an
