over a 75% Loan-To-Value in the 1st position and 65% Loan-To-Value in the 2nd position. ACFE does not
purchase Small Business Notes or 2nd position Mobile Home Notes. Please be prepared to disclose as
much information as possible on the subject note for sale. This will allow for an accurate bid to be submitted
to you, the note seller from A.C.F.E., as quickly as possible. As in all transactions, due diligence is required
