AX will consider any 1st position mortgage loans (residential or commercial) with at least 10% hard equity in the collateral and
a borrower credit score as low as
525 credit score on residential loans and a 650 credit score on commercial loans (no lower).

If the equity is below 10%, we will still explore the asset's characteristics and make our decision on a case by case basis. We do
 have a minimum balance amount of $35,000 or more on all assets. There is
no maximum loan amount requirement. We do
not purchase loans in the states of MI, OH, IN and/or bare land loans in FL, until further notice. We will consider sub-performing
and non-performing residential/commercial mortgage notes on a case-by-case basis only - no guarantees of acceptance. To

Business loan pricing is determined but not limited to: the strength of the business (especially financial strength), business
model/characteristics and borrower credit score, which is also explored on a case by case basis. All business loans must
contain a written personal guarantee from borrower. All other loans will be reviewed and considered on a case-by-case basis.

Typical Note Pricing (on business & mortgage loans)

Generally speaking, the average performing privately-held mortgage loan typically sells anywhere between $0.60 and
$0.81(cents) on the dollar, depending on the
loan's individual characteristics. The average business loan would usually sell
between $0.65 and $0.85 (cents) on the dollar, depending on the
over-all characteristics of the instrument. Loans that would
sell for more are considered to be A+ pricing assets (
outstanding characteristics and little risk to investor) which is explained
below.



"A+" Note Pricing (on business & mortgage loans)

A+ pricing is only offered on privately-held mortgage loans with at least 30% hard equity and a borrower credit rating of 720
middle score or higher (we will pay 81%-92% of the balance owed).

A+ pricing is
only offered on private;y-held business loans at least 50% hard equity and a borrower credit rating of 720 middle
score or higher (we will pay 86%-91% of the balance owed).



ITV Requirement (business loans only)

Our max ITV requirement on business note funding is 70%.



LTV Requirement (business and mortgage loans)

Our max LTV  requirement on business loan funding is 75%.
Our max
LTV requirement on residential mortgage loan funding is 100%
Our max
LTV on commercial mortgage loan funding is 90%



No Second Position Liens

AX does not purchase ANY type of 2nd position loans whatsoever.
